In an interview with ISNA regarding the housing market situation in the center of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Mohammad Raisi, head of the Real Estate Consultants Union in Shahrekord, said: The housing market has experienced a severe recession and this recession has also affected housing prices.

Pointing out that housing prices in Shahrekord have decreased between 10 and 40 percent, he said: “The biggest decrease in housing and land prices was in Shahrekord’s Manzarieh neighborhood, and in other areas, this decrease is between 10 and 20 percent.”

Emphasizing that for prosperity in the field of construction and buying and selling of real estate, we must witness relative stability in the real estate market, he said: Fluctuations in the real estate market cause losses to the activists in this field, when real estate prices are astronomically high. The head of the Real Estate Consultants Union in Shahrekord added: If the housing market is stable, there will be a boom in construction and transfer in the housing market.

Alirezaei, pointing out that there is land for building housing in Shahrekord’s Manzarieh neighborhood, said: Due to the lack of suitable amenities, people are not very interested in buying land and housing in this neighborhood, if the land is used for educational, recreational, cultural, and therapeutic purposes. Religious and green spaces have been provided to executive bodies.

In the end, the Deputy of Housing and Regeneration of the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari said: the highest housing prices in Shahrekord are related to Kashani, Yaser and Moalem streets.
