According to Maniban, Mohammad Hasan Alamdari, a member of the Board of Directors of Maskan Bank, stated that, based on the policies announced in Tehran and metropolitan cities, Housing Bank pays up to 50 million Tomans for dilapidated buildings and in other cities 40 million Tomans with 9% interest, and the applicants must pay the rest of the facilities with Pay 18% interest.
He said: 21 thousand and 348 units of applicants for renovation of worn-out structures have been paid, which amounts to one thousand and 524 billion tomans. Alamdari pointed out that the provision of facilities in worn-out fabric has been done on the basis of the contract since 2018, and said: These facilities in worn-out fabric were paid to 4,410 projects, which include 21,348 units.
